Report National Accounts Statement
Managing receivables includes checking whether amounts due are paid on time. For regular Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Customers, you have the Customer Statement report. We are providing a separate National Accounts Customer Statement for you to gather all the information you require for a National Accounts customer.
From the Customer Card, you can create a statement with that customer's National Account transactions with you. Then, you send the customer the generated PDF file. Alternatively, you can use the Statement (National Account) report to send your customers an overview of their business with you. the Statement (National Account) can be sent to Excel for further processing.
To send the Statement (National Account) report
- Choose the icon, enter Customer Statement (National Account), and then choose the related link.
- Fill in the fields as necessary. Hover over a field to read a short description.
- Under Output Options, select how to send the report to the customer.
[!NOTE] If you are using multiple currencies, the Customer Statement (National Account) report is always printed in the customer's currency. The last date in a statement period is also used as the statement date and the aging date, if aging is included.
