    Welcome to the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central NAV-X Integration Framework Help

    NAV-X Integration Framework is an app for Dynamics 365 for Business Central that enhances your Business Central experience by allowing integrations with third parties without requiring any development. This reduces the need for custom development. It is fully integrated with Dynamics 365 Business Central.

    Added Functionality

    NAV-X Integration Framework supports a comprehensive suite of data integration capabilities:

    Import Types

    The following import formats are currently supported:

    • Excel Import - Import data from Excel spreadsheet files (.xlsx)
    • CSV Import - Import comma and delimiter-separated values with customizable delimiters
    • Flexible-Length Text Import - Import text files with custom field delimiters and quoted field support
    • Fixed-Length Text Import - Import positional text files (mainframe, legacy system formats)
    • JSON Import - Import data from JSON files with dot-notation paths, nested objects, and array flattening (New in v1.5.0)
    • REST API Import - Import data from REST APIs with configurable connections, authentication, pagination, and scheduled polling (New in v1.6.0)

    • REST API Connections - Connect to external REST APIs with Bearer, API Key, and OAuth authentication (New in v1.6.0)

    What's New

    We release new versions of our software from time to time. Those can include fixes of issues that we found and can also include new functionality. If you have the NAV-X Integration Framework Application installed already and a new version becomes available, we will inform you directly within Business Central about this. When you log in to Business Central, the system will display a notification that will inform you about the new version and you can also read about the new features there.
