Initial Commission - Blank Entity Number
When setting up initial commission rates with a blank entity number (meaning the rate should apply to all entities of the selected type), the system was incorrectly identifying sales as initial or non-initial sales. This has been corrected.
Initial Commission for All Entities
Additional corrections were made to ensure that initial commission rates with blank entity numbers are evaluated correctly across all sales scenarios.
